Refuge Inn - Chincoteague

We stayed in a hotel near the nature and Assateague seashore. We enjoyed the clean and well-kept property and its close proximity to the bridge to Assateague National Seashore. the staff were really nice and welcoming. the bedding and towels were changed every day, and the breakfast was good with plenty of choices. the heated pool was clean and pleasant.

The hotel didn't have a gym, which was a disappointment for us.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of this hotel is just before the bridge from Chincoteague to Assateague Island, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the National Park. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities needed, including a balcony overlooking a beautiful crepe myrtle and fresh towels and toiletries. Another great aspect is that breakfast is included in the stay, offering a wide selection of choices to start the day.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The breakfast was satisfying and had a variety of options. The hotel is located in a convenient location, which made it easy to walk around the city. Our room was always clean and neatly organized.

The rooms were outdated, and the furniture was old. The bathroom needed more maintenance and was not as clean as we were expecting.

Quick access to museum of chincoteague island. We will definitely visit place for next time as the hotel met needs.

We enjoyed long walks along the beach and breathtaking views of the marshes. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. the best part of our stay was the beautiful view from our room. We loved waking up to the stunning scenery from our balcony!
